Gratitude is a powerful and positive emotion. Feeling grateful raises your energy vibration
and clears your mind. Notice that when you feel grateful, there is no fear. By allowing gratitude in, your imagination says anything is possible! Part of feeling grateful is living in the moment and noticing what is going on around you. The present moment is one of the greatest gifts that we can experience.
Listening, really hearing with all your senses is key to being present. Our presence is crucial to Telepathic Animal Communication. We must be here, in this moment to listen and attend to the animals and our Guides. This is a place of grace. Love envelopes us, and it feels like time is standing still. There is nothing else to focus on. In this place of wonder, we open our hearts to the Divine, and as we do, miracles arrive in the most unexpected ways!
When we are mindful, it is possible to find gratitude, if only a little, in all situations. Looking for gratitude in all of life, and especially in the moments of hardship, helps us to see something positive in even the worst of circumstances. When we focus on gratitude, our imagination opens, and we can begin to discover solutions to challenging situations. Our mind will always believe everything we tell it. Feed it hope, feed it truth, and most importantly feed it with love.
Letting go of racing thoughts a.k.a. “the monkey mind” can be challenging, but when we remember to be grateful for who we are and where we are, it is easier for us to see our assets and find acceptance for present moment living. Gratitude helps to transform our thoughts, and brings us from the analytical left brain thinking into the imagination of the right brain.
Our Guides Are Always With Us
No matter what, the unseen ones, our Guides are always with us. They are ready, and very willing to help us throughout our days and our nights. All we need to do is ask for their help and guidance. We must ask, because they cannot interfere or help us without our permission. We just need to remember to ask.
How to Talk to the Animals and Your Guides 101:
Breathe. Yes that’s right. Breathe. It’s that simple. Focusing on every breath helps us not only to release fear and anxiety, but it also brings us into present moment living.
Most often, we breathe by default. Of course, we need to breathe to remain alive. But more importantly, when we breathe mindfully, we create a conscious connection to the Divine, our Guides and the animals.
Deep belly breathing is key. When we connect with our breath, we raise our energy vibration. When we raise our energy vibration, we move our energy to a higher frequency. We move into our Authentic Selves, which in turn, moves our thinking mind from our left brain, (our linear mind), to our right brain. The right brain is where our imagination resides. Imagination is everything. It is our connection to all that is. Through the imagination, we can see, hear, sense and feel what is happening all around us.
