It’s hard to believe that December 26, 2020 marked the 6th Anniversary of the passing of my dear friend and mentor, Rebecca Moravec. She was an amazing and magical woman and she opened the door for me to be able to talk to the animals. I remember the day she told me that I would be doing what she does, I too, would make my living as an Animal Communicator. And here I am, carrying on in the tradition that she taught me, helping to strengthen the bond between animals and their human families.
It is most important to me to create a safe environment to connect, communicate and advocate the needs, wants and desires for both animals and their human guardians. Guiding animals and people in creating huge shifts in their lives on a deep soulful and cellular level in a way that I hope would make Rebecca proud.
Animal Communication continues to teach me about faith and trust. On a daily basis I see that there is way more happening in the unseen world than meets the eye. The Divine is grand, and I now believe that we are all truly connected spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically in ways that we cannot even fathom. The unseen world is magical and mystical and it brings people, animals, places, things and situations into our field of vision for us to experience in ways that we could never have imagined for ourselves.
Like faith and trust, sometimes we need to believe something could happen before we see the signs in the physical world that it is happening. What if we opened our minds and hearts and began to see the signs that we are manifesting into our lives everything that we are asking for.
Our words are vibrations in the air. If we truly understood the power of our words, we would be more mindful of how we speak. The words we speak are a vibrational match to all we experience.
I’ve been reminiscing about the first Animal Communication Class that I took in 2004. Rebecca taught me to breathe deep down into my belly. “The breath is the place where the telepathic connection is made,” she said. “Breathing is the key to connecting with the animals.”
I was very excited to take that first class, but at the same time, I was skeptical. My mind was reeling with thoughts like, “This won’t happen for me, Rebecca can do it, but I can’t.” Or “What if I don’t get anything and all the other students in the class get profound messages from the animals they talk to.” Or “Maybe the animals won’t want to talk to me?” The first dog that I talked mindfully to was Cooper, Rebecca’s dog. Even though she validated what Copper told me to be true, I was still doubtful. “Well, it happened once and that was probably a fluke,” my skeptical mind told me.
The second dog I talked to in class that day was a Jack Russell Terrier from Central Illinois. He belonged to a woman I had never met before. The dog showed me around his house in Illinois. He showed me where he liked to sleep in the living room and where his toys were kept. He showed me his back yard in detail and then… we went somewhere else. He showed me a house on the side of a mountain. The house had a deck with a railing around three sides of it. The railing was very, very tall. When I told the lady what her dog showed me, she gasped and said “Wait one moment, I have to get my wallet.” She opened her wallet and pulled out a picture of a house on the side of a mountain. There was a deck around three sides of the house. The deck had a railing… The lady told me that her dog was showing me their vacation home in Colorado. That’s when I started to believe that something was happening.
Once I talked to a cat whose lady was skeptical about animal communication. I was giving a presentation at our local YMCA and I asked if anyone would like me to talk to their animal. A few people did, so I asked for some background information about the subject that was to be discussed. Being that I’m a communicator, not a mind reader, I like to have information before I talk to the animals so I know how to start the conversation. I could tell that the only reason this lady wanted me to talk to her cat was because she wanted to see if she could discount my ability. She wouldn’t disclose any information about her cat, so I decided to ask the cat to show me around his house. I asked him what his favorite game was. The cat showed me that he liked to bat his toy mice around the living room. The next thing he showed me was three of those same mice laying around his water bowl in the kitchen.
As I relayed the information to the group, the woman quietly sat down and said, “Yes, he does like his play mice. He bats them around the living room for a while and then he takes them into the kitchen and plunks them in his water bowl. I don’t know why he finds it necessary to drown them all the time, but that’s what he does.”
One day I was talking to a dog named Chloe. Her lady had received a Gift Certificate for a session with me. Although this lady was doubtful, she scheduled an appointment, but, there was a codicil, she wasn’t going to give me any information about Chloe except that she wondered if Chloe has a favorite walk.
Like Chloe’s lady, I had a preconceived notion about where that place might be. I thought Chloe would tell me her favorite walk is down the tree lined street, through the park, or along the waterfront. But no, none of these places came to Chloe’s mind. Instead, Chloe told me that her favorite walk isn’t a place, it’s a feeling.
Chloe said, “I know when my lady is there with me, walking mindfully in the moment and noticing our surroundings. She’s paying attention to us, she’s not thinking about what she’d rather be doing, or what she’s going to do when we get home. She’s just there …with me…and we are mindfully walking together. When we are walking together, that’s when I walk in the spirit of love.” Chloe told me that when she and her lady walk mindfully, with each other, they leave footprints of love. “Like footprints in the sand,” Chloe said, “I leave footprints of love everywhere I go, this is my favorite walk.”
That day, talking with Chloe, was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had with the animals. Chloe’s lady may still be skeptical about Animal Communication, and that’s okay. For me though, the gift Chloe gave me is priceless. The love I felt from her, well, there’s nothing that can compare to feeling love. Love is all there is, and in that moment, Chloe taught me that love is truly expansive, love is unconditional, love is infinite, and love is our birthright.
My wish for everyone is to feel love and compassion flow through your hearts, so big that it brings tears to your eyes. Thank you dear Rebecca for your love and passion for all species, both two legged and four legged.
And may all who read this experience love, laughter and delight this New Year!
Happy 2021!
I was so fortunate to find Lynn last summer. My 12 year old Sasha was nearing the end of her days and I desperately wanted to ease her way. I found Lynn’s name on Penelope Smith’s directory. What a gift to both Sasha and I. Over several months until Sasha was put to sleep this past January, Lynn’s loving connection to my dog was magical and so very helpful. I learned many things about Sasha through her and in that way was able to be more understanding of her needs. Lynn’s rendering of her sessions with Sasha were spellbinding and worthy of a book as Lynn has such a beautiful gift of expressing herself.
I have continued to ask Lynn’s help with my other critters and she has always been receptive and amazingly accurate. Although I do not completely understand the energy of animal communication, I do not hesitate to recommend her gifts. They will ease your mind as well as your animal companion.
